Disclaimer

The following disclaimer applies to all outings and activities organised by Merton Sports & Social Club for Visually Impaired People (MSSC).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release and discharge MSSC, its representatives, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions or causes of action, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the outing or activity.

By participating in any outing or activity, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in outings and activities organised by MSSC may involve certain risks and hazards. These risks include, but are not limited to, accidents, injuries, property damage or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. Health and Safety: I will abide by all safety guidelines, instructions and rules provided by MSSC and its representatives during the outing or activity. I will notify MSSC of any health conditions or concerns that may affect my participation.
3. Personal Belongings: I am solely responsible for my personal belongings during the outing or activity. MSSC is not liable for any loss, theft, damage or misplacement of personal items that may occur during the outing or activity.
4. Changes and Cancellations: MSSC reserves the right to modify or cancel any outing or activity, in whole or in part, due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. In such cases, MSSC will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance.

I have carefully read and understood this disclaimer, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions. I acknowledge that this disclaimer shall be binding upon my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and me.
